Our greatest enemy is our mind. An attitude of self-defeat and animosity arises when we do not accept ourselves. This meditation increases the ability to experiment our own self in a state of elevation.
Sit with your spine straight in meditation posture.
Lock your neck and move the chin gently back, stretching up your nape, keeping the muscles of the face and the throat relaxed.
Focus your eyes on the tip of your nose during all the time of meditation.
Relax your arms on the side of the body, make fists with your hands, pointing the thumbs up and lift your forearms in front of the chest. Focus your eyes on the tip of your nose.Inhale fully through the nose. Exhale completely through the mouth. Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose.
Inhale fully through the nose. Exhale completely through the mouth. Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose.
Practice this meditation for three minutes and gradually increase the time to eleven minutes. Do not exceed 22 minutes.
